Friends connecting with friends is the most effective way to influence voters. A simple “I voted. Have you voted yet?” message from a friend has been shown to improve voter turnout by as much as 20%!

Outreach Circle is the tool that the GarCo Dems are using to make it easy for friends to reach out to their network of friends. The more people who sign up for our Outreach Circle, the more effective it will be.

Outreach Circle can be used in many ways:

• It can identify Garfield County voters in your contact list that you might want to send a message to, such as a notice about a local candidate forum.
• It can identify any Garfield County residents in your contact list who have NOT registered to vote.
• It can identify any left-leaning Garfield County voters in your contact list who need to update their address in order to receive a mail-in ballot
• AND, as we near Election Day, it can identify any left-leaning Garfield County voters in your contact list who have not turned in their ballot.

Outreach Circle works by matching a Supporter’s contacts with specific lists of Garfield County residents or voters. The emails and/or phone numbers that you upload to Outreach Circle remain completely private.

Garfield County Dems do not have access to any of this information—and it is never shared outside of Outreach Circle. ONLY YOU can decide who to contact, when to contact them, and what you want to say in each message.
